Lava Concrete is a friendly concrete for residential application –the entire house — walls, details, niches, etc. are all created in one solid, seamless unit.  Floors and roofs are integrated into that same casting.

Unlike traditional concretes, Lava Concrete is a lightweight semi-fluid that can support itself vertically, and can be efficiently cast in place in three dimensions, much like a sandcastle.

As a result,

Accessories can be installed into an empty form and are fully integrated as a result of the pour, reducing complexity and time required for trades’ installations

Structural innovation and integration is easy with retaining and buttressed walls, curves and compound curves, vaults and arches, beam pockets and structural shapes, as well as transitional shapes like cast receiver planes for direct-set glass.

Creating non-traditional details is cost effective – raked and diagonal walls, integrated cast fireplaces, light sconces and window/door frame detail, as well as art of all types are possible.
